REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY

Your CYBER AGILITY tuition will be refunded upon your request any time prior to the issuance of your individual username and password to the course website. You will have an opportunity to specify that you are ready to go on the course website and that you understand there are no refunds after that point.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

CYBER AGILITY is an on-line course. There is no tangible material to ship. You will receive a series of email instructions regarding how to access the orientation materials for the course on the day that your course is scheduled to start.
